- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp White Onions
- 1/2 Cup Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- Vegetable Oil (or bacon grease) for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oil over medium heat, heat oil in skillet. Combine canned salmon, beaten eggs, onions, and bread crumbs in bowl.
- Add seasonings into mixture. The finished mixture should look somewhat like tuna salad. Not too wet and not too dry.
- Form into patties.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. While frying use your spatula to flatten the pattie. This helps them get crispy on each side.
- Serve with maple syrup or barbecue sauce and hot sauce (like my husband likes them).
